Each Fleurmisu is generously sized and is best enjoyed shared between one to two people. It can also serve up to four lighter portions.

Fleurmisu must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. For best quality, keep refrigerated at all times and consume within 48 hours.

Yes. All floral and botanical elements used in Fleurmisu are food grade and carefully measured to enhance flavour without overpowering the dessert.

For optimal texture and flavour, Fleurmisu is best enjoyed within 24–48 hours of delivery. Because our products are freshly made and contain no preservatives, we do not recommend extended storage.

Fleurmisu is delivered chilled. However, once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend that orders are collected promptly and placed into a refrigerator within 2 hours of delivery.

Fleurmisu cannot be held responsible for quality or safety issues if an order is left unattended beyond this timeframe.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assess the issue on a case by case basis.

Yes. All Fleurmisu products are made using halal compliant ingredients and do not contain alcohol.
